The Mind Palace

The mind is already a powerful instrument, and it is up to us to refine how we use it. Yet it is also one of the most sensitive tools we possess, and once damaged, it can be extraordinarily difficult to repair. When one begins to uncover the hidden distortions within their own mind, questioning reality becomes inevitable. I believe this impulse lies in our nature, though it is also a dangerous path to tread. Have you ever questioned the foundations of what you know, perhaps even religion itself? That alone is merely the visible tip of the iceberg, and often enough to unsettle a person entirely. Now imagine questioning every piece of knowledge you hold, every ethical framework, every word you speak and the meaning attached to it. Why do we call ‘why’ by that name, and how does the mind assign meaning so effortlessly, assembling concepts in mere milliseconds? This is what I propose as true overthinking. Expand your mind.
